Element auth container alert for the recently added node

Applies to

  • NetApp SolidFire SF-Series or NetApp H-series  storage node recently added to a cluster
  • NetApp Element software 

Issue

Alert at the cluster UI and NetApp SolidFire Active IQ for the new node that was recently added to the cluster:

  • Error Code: authenticationServiceFault
  • Details: Element Auth container has been not ready for too long on node <#>. Please contact support if this problem persists

Note: if you are unable to connet to the Node UI or SSH to the node reference this element-auth issue
