Element Auth container alerts being generated and cluster master move may happen

  • NetApp Element software

Issue

  • While generating cluster support bundle logs from HCC or with sfclustersupportbundlev2 script or from Node UI, below alerts generated at the cluster UI:
    Element Auth container has been not ready for too long on node <ID>. Please contact support if this problem persists.
  • Alerts are not persistent and gets self-resolved after some time (a few minutes to couple of hours)
  • Once cluster master node gets affected and generates the same alert, cluster master moves to another node
