Issue

Alerts are seen in cluster alerts and NetApp SolidFire Active IQ:

  • Error code: driveWearFault
  • Details: Drive with serial: <Drive serial number> in slot: X has critical wear levels.

Additional alerts are seen after the alert above:

  • Error Codes:
    • unresponsiveService
    • blockServiceUnhealthy
  • Details:
    • A block service is not responding.
    • A block service is unhealthy and SolidFire is attempting to migrate data away from it.
