Issue

The raw storage capacity allocated to an ONTAP Select cluster (as seen in Deploy or the hypervisor/VM) is significantly higher than the usable capacity reported within ONTAP (data + root aggregates).

Example: A cluster may show 1.89 TB allocated at the VM level, but only ~1.7 TB (or less) is usable within ONTAP
