Issue

  • Unable to login to ONTAP select cluster using cluster management IP, receiving below message:
ssh: connect to host <hostname> port 22: Connection timed out
  • Able to login to cluster using node-mgmt IP and no commands are getting executed.
  • Single node ONTAP Select cluster
  • In the login prompt, receiving below error message:

**  SYSTEM MESSAGES  **
***********************
 
Internal error. Cannot open corrupt replicated database. Automatic recovery
attempt has failed or is disabled. Check the event logs for details. This node
is not fully operational. Contact support personnel for the root volume recovery
procedures.
