OTS: Unable to perform giveback after upgrading pool license

Issue

  • After upgrading the OTS Capacity Pool license, Select node of a cluster in takeover is unable to perform a giveback
  • storage failover show command returns for one of the nodes:
    • Giveback of one or more SFO aggregates failed
  • Event log shows the error:
    • sfo.sendhome.subsystemAbort: The giveback operation of '<aggr_name>' was aborted by 'licensing'.
    • license.pool.sfo.gb.veto: SFO giveback vetoed. Aggregate is out of compliance.
  • In Deploy UI > Administration > Events & Jobs > Events:
    • Lease for cluster <cluster_name>, node <node_name>, non_shared_mirrored_aggregate <aggr_name> from pool <cap_pool_name> rejected. Capacity requested: <#>TB, remaining capacity: <#>TB.
