OTS: Unable to create storage after adding Deploy vCenter plug-in

Issue

  • After adding the Deploy vCenter plug-in:

Response with status: 500 OK for URL: https://<customer_info.com>/ui/sdotdeploy/rest/sdotdeploy/config

  • Navigating to the URL returns:

com.netapp.sdotdeploy.exception.DeployConnectionException: Exception while creating HTTP request to Deploy ServerReason: Failed to get the thumbprint of DeployServer from vCenter Server.
