Issue

When attempting to create a new ONTAP Select cluster on KVM, Deploy fails the creation with the following errors:
 

Node "KVMCluster-01" in cluster "KVMCluster" find operation failed. Reason: VM 'KVMCluster-01' not found.

ClusterNodeCreateFailed: One of the node create operations failed while creating cluster "KVMCluster".

Node "KVMCluster-01" create failed. Reason: Error:[42] VmCreateImageError: Failed to copy image to the boot volume. Manual deletion of this node from its host may be required.
