ONTAP Select VM deploy failure: The host does not have sufficient CPU resources to satisfy the reservation

Issue

  1. Start to deploy multiple ONTAP Select nodes, previous nodes were deployed successfully.
  2. Deploy the next ONTAP Select node failed with the following error:

NodeStartErr: Node "Select_Node_07" failed to start: (Cannot ' start' VM Select_Node_07:
SOAP Fault:

Fault string: The host does not have sufficient CPU resources to satisfy the reservation The host VM-host can not satisfy the requested CPU resources of 16000 MHz. Available CPU resources on the host: 9740 MHz.
