Issue

ONTAP Select is in status SYNCMIRROR PLEX FAILED due to missing/orphaned/unassigned disks

Logs will show the following as an example:

Plex /aggr1/plex5 pool0

Wed Aug 07 08:37:17 -0700 [TEST-ONTAP-1-2: dmgr_thread: raid.disk.missing:info]: Disk 0d.23 S/N [0VpF0-cszDM6ckJYgBJ4] UID [0VpF0-cszDM6ckJYgBJ4] is missing from the system [?]
