Issue

Creating a single-node ONTAP Select cluster on a Hyper-V host can fail. The node
panics while the aggregate is being created, and cluster creation does not
complete.
On hardware RAID, the panic reads:
PANIC: aggr aggr0_<name>: raid volfsm, fatal disk error in RAID group with no
  parity disk.

On software RAID, the same problem appears as:
PANIC: aggr aggr0: raid volfsm, fatal multi-disk error.
