Resolution
Perform the following steps:
- Verify the power supply is installed.
 - Verify the power supply is receiving power.
 - Replace the power supply if it is determined to be defective.
    
- For a Broadcom switch, contact Broadcom support for assistance.
 - For a Cisco switch, contact Cisco for assistance
 - For a CN1610 switch, contact NetApp Technical Support for assistance.
