Remote disk and plex failures after MCCIP RCF upgrade

Issue

  • Takeover is disabled on both sides of the MetroCluster:

[ClusterB-01: monitor: monitor.globalStatus.critical:EMERGENCY]: Controller failover of ClusterB-02 is not possible: partner mailbox disks not accessible or invalid. One or more mirrored aggregates are degraded. Disk on adapter 0m, shelf x, bay x, not responding. Disk on adapter 0m, shelf x, bay x, not responding.  There are not enough spare disks. 

 
  • One or more aggregates are degraded:
