Stale vlan ID still shows up during a new setup of MetroCluster IP

Issue

  • The default VLAN ID (vlan10 and vlan 20) is used when initially installing MCCIP using System Manager
  • The MCCIP is then initialized and re-setup with a custom VLAN id.
  • MCCIP setup (metrocluster configuration-settings interface create ) failed because the stale vlan ID still shows up 

Note: Set-defaults , 9a) cleaning disk, and 4) init ontap are already been done, but the problem persists.
