SAN services down after both nodes in chassis replaced

Issue

  • Unable to online the luns
  • Both nodes in HA pair fail due to rapid power loss
  • The chassis failed and was replaced
  • Node 1 is swapped with node 2 in the chassis to troubleshoot.
  • Node 2 is booted up and has taken over node 1.
  • All volumes in Nvfailed state.
  • Nvfail state was cleared, but LUNs can't be brought online
xxxxx::*> lun online -vserver svm1 -path /vol/vol1/lun1

Error: command failed: No nodes are available to process the command. Verify that all nodes are healthy using the "cluster show" command, then try the command again.
  • Node 2 sysconfig states local and partner node name is the same (node 2):
