Issue

  • After a power outage, ESXi is missing paths to some SMas secondary LUNs in recovered DC
  • Issues initializing volumes after power recovery:

Thu Dec 04 17:45:02 +0100 [Netapp_BG2-A1: BcomkaThr_00: scsiblade.vol.init.failed:EMERGENCY]: SAN configuration in Vserver svmISCSI failed to initialize for volume with MSID 2162132040. Access to LUNs contained in this volume from this node is not available.

  • Host rescan and reboot were tried unsuccessfully
