Issue

Oracle Database is intermittently losing connectivity with ASM (Automatic Storage Management) disks provisioned from the ASA-A90 system
Issue 1 : fcp.io.status:debug IO WQE failure were logged in the NetApp EMS logs.
Issue 2 : Potential SFP or downstream cable failure suspected on the affected port.
Issue 3 : Oracle Database is losing connectivity with ASM disks due to FC connectivity issues.
