Unable to add new disks to existing ASM disk group

SQL> alter diskgroup ACFSDG add disk 'ORCL:NTAPACFS01';
alter diskgroup ACFSDG add disk 'ORCL:NTAPACFS01'

ORA-15032: not all alterations performed
ORA-15038: disk 'ORCL:NTAPACFS01' mismatch on 'Sector Size' with target disk group [4096] [512]
