Issue

  • LUN mapping, creation, and deletion operations were timing out due to a stuck CTRAN proposal
  • CLI and EMS logs show LUN map/create/delete operations failing:
    Timeout: Operation 'vdiskAction_lunMap_iterator::modify_imp()' took longer than 120 seconds to complete [from mgwd on node ... to bcomd at 127.0.0.1]

  • Callhome alert logged on the node:
    callhome.ctran.proposal.stuck:alert
