CONTAP-700964: LUN management operations can fail after a FlexClone volume becomes online

After a FlexClone volume operation, LUN discovery and LUN map creation may fail on the affected volume with an error indicating that processing from a previous data management operation is incomplete. The volume may remain accessible, but SAN management operations can stay blocked until the volume is taken offline and brought online again.
