Issue

-POST /api/protocols/san/igroups/{uuid}/initiators" allow duplicate initiator names, resulting in duplicate LUN IDs
-Initiator names are intended to be stored in lower case format, and after user input (when the names are intended to be normalized) all validation assumes this.
-Unable to perform any management operations on the luns
-SCSIBLADE Vserver operation timeout error observed in the EMS logs
-After the host reboot , LUNS are not accessible
