SFP tx/rx power low EMS may show up even if power value is greater than low threshold.
scsitarget.fct.sfpRxPowerLow: The SFP in FC target adapter 2a reports that it is receiving (RX) at a low level of power. Operating value 717 (uWatts), Threshold value 75 (uWatts).
