Unable to add Netapp Storage to Snow

Issue

While trying to run the Discovery on SNOW (Service Now) for vserver and node,  both are returning:  nullsystem-node-get-iter =null vserver-get-tier = null
 
MGWD.Log , shows following error:
 
Error: <User Name> entry does not exist in login table. Application: ontapi: vserverId: <>: username: <User Name> Authmethod: password. Reason: entry doesn't exist
 
 ERR: PAM::PASSWD:doLocalUserAuth:src/pam/pam_passwd.cc:879 Error: null entry does not exist in login table. Application: ontapi: vserverId: <>: username: null Authmethod: password. Reason: entry doesn't exist
