Recreate S3 bucket with different name

Description

  • The bucket data is migrated to a new volume using SnapMirror.
  • The new bucket (<BUCKET_NAME>-new) becomes the permanent production bucket.
  • S3 clients must be reconfigured to use the new bucket name (<BUCKET_NAME> → <BUCKET_NAME>-new).
  • The cutover window is shorter than since no bucket rename/recreation is needed.
