Windows client unable to delete a directory containing timestamp in the name

Issue
- A Windows client trying to delete a directory with filenames that include special characters, such as "
@GMT-2020.06.24-07.02.50
" or those with spaces and periods like "new folder name.
" may encounter issues. - Operation fails with
"Error 0x80004005 Unspecified error"
- The renaming of the folder on the client end is failing as well.
