Issue

  • Veeam fails to backup files while using protocol NFS.
  • Veeam logs show below alerts:

4.1.2024.14:53:10 :: Processing BALUCLUSTER01\BALUSVM02:\navscan Error: Agent: Failed toprocess method {NasMaster.CreateBackupProcessor}: The user name or password isincorrect. 

4.1.2024.14:53:25 :: Error: Agent: Failed to process method{NasMaster.CreateBackupProcessor}: Share isn't accessible. Path:[nfs3://192.168.90.52:/vol/file01]. Exc: [Permission denied.
