  • Veeam fails to backup files while using NFSv3 and NFSv4
  • Error seen from Veeam :

Error: Agent: Failed to process method {NasMaster.CreateBackupProcessor}: Share isn't accessible. Path: [nfs3://172.xx.xx.xx:/users]. Exc: [Failed to mount NFS datastore with retries. Host: 172.xx.xx.xx:2049, Mount path: /users

  • Error seen from NetApp

Nblade.nfsConnResetAndClose: Shutting down connection with the client. Vserver ID is 4; network data protocol is NFS, Rpc Xid 0x32000; client IP address:port is 172.xx.xx.xx:301. local IP address is 172.xx.xx.xx; reason is Packet is sent using the wrong port.
