  • Intermittent or total loss access of CIFS shares
  • No logon server messages presented by users application
  • Positives DNS and CIFS check 
  • SECD logs:

-FAILURE: Unable to make a connection (NetLogon:XXXX), Result: RESULT_ERROR_SECD_NO_CONNECTIONS_AVAILABLE              -Unable to connect to NetLogon service on XXXX (Error: RESULT_ERROR_SPINCLIENT_UNABLE_TO_RESOLVE_SERVER)

  • EMS logs:

-RESULT_ERROR_SPINCLIENT_UNABLE_TO_RESOLVE_SERVER                                                                      -Unable to connect to NetLogon service on XXXX (Error: RESULT_ERROR_GENERAL_FAILURE)                                    -secd.netlogon.noServers: None of the Netlogon servers configured for Vserver (XX) are currently accessible via the network.
