Newly seated ports are down and fail negotiation

Issue

  • Ports e4a and e4b on ifgrp a0b on both nodes are down but indicate electrical connectivity even after port bouncing from both sides, re-cabling, and verifying cable integrity.
  • Traffic is not being received from an unknown switch in the customers infrastructure.
