Issue

  • When attempting to implement an FPolicy with the internal engine in order to block executable files being saved on a specific share
  • After applying all the Fpolicy configurations, it is still possible to save files on the share.
  • Fpolicy event configuration:

::> vserver fpolicy policy event show -vserver fpolnative -event-name test

Vserver: fpolnative
Event: test
Protocol: cifs
File Operations: create
Filters: - (!! ensure that there are no filters specified !!)
Is Volume Operation Required: false
