CONTAP-73101: Unix ownership is not updated when the new user has the same user-mapping for NTFS volume

Issue

  • For an NTFS volume, UNIX ownership should be updated reliably every time the Windows ownership changes.
  • When a new Windows owner is assigned, ONTAP should determine the name-mapped UNIX user for that new Windows owner and compare it to the existing UNIX owner and update it if necessary, but this does not always occur
