Issue

Currently the snapshot create timeout for FlexVols is configured as 3 seconds by default. This timeout is not enough when taking snapshots of FlexVol volumes acting as FlexCache origin volumes when the corresponding FlexCache volumes have writeback enabled, as the RAL scrubber can time out due to ongoing writeback operation.
