Issue

  • Multiple vservers across multiple ONTAP cluster nodes are configured for Fpolicy
  • Instead of receiving a connection request from each node, FPolicy external server receives multiple FPolicy connection requests for a vserver from a LIF residing on a particular node.
  • ONTAP indicates incorrectly that the vservers are "connected" to the external FPolicy server from multiple nodes in the output of
    ::> vserver fpolicy show-engine
