Issue

  • The issue was experienced during a manual NDU ONTAP upgrade
  • During the system node image update the following output is seen for one node in the cluster:
Beginning output:
Boot recovery files installed on recovery partition
cp: /mroot/etc/software/9121P10_q_image.tgz: No space left on device
cp: /mnt/recoverydisk/x86_64/firmware/SB_XXVII/Certs/db/NSM-CommonDiags-CA-chain.cer: No space left on device
cp: /mnt/recoverydisk/x86_64/firmware/SB_XXVII/Certs/db/NSM-CommonDiags-CA-intermediate.cer: No space left on device
cp: /mnt/recoverydisk/x86_64/firmware/SB_XXVII/Certs/db/NSM-CommonDiags-CA-root.cer: No space left on device...
