High CIFS latency on new shares based on LOCK MANAGER

Issue

  • High operation latency for locking files based on feature CIFS OPLOCKS enabled
  • This may be seen during takeover, giveback, or aggregate relocation events when override vetoes is enabled
  • This could also be seen during Azure maintenance events in Azure HA pairs
  • This may show up as Data Processing latency during the issue:
    • Cluster::> qos statistics volume latency show
