CONTAP-85802: Disks can report incorrect power on hours

Issue

The power on hours may roll over to zero after approximately 6.7 years, resulting in incorrect display of the power on hours. To correct this, update ONTAP to the fix for this defect, and upgrade drive firmware to the most current from:

This issue affects drive models that contain the following Model Number strings. The specific model numbers below are only an example. Please see the drive firmware page for all model types:
