Issue

On certain 32-node AFX Enterprise systems, a RAID reconstruct may introduce stale disk metadata if a spare is used before physical zeroing is complete. This can lead to WAFL inconsistency panics and may leave the cluster unable to recover.
The issue applies when physical zeroing is enabled and a spare disk is used for reconstruct before all required disk regions have been zeroed.
