CONTAP-653119: NSM100B QSFP temperature sensors Unavailable or Unsupported

Issue

  • NSM100B sensors 10, 11, 18 and 19 show Unavailable or Unsupported while using supported copper cables.
  • No storage faults are seen for the shelf.
  • Shelf firmware is up to date.
  • Shelf environment output shows sensors Unavailable:
    ::> system node run -node <Node_Name> -c environment status
