CONTAP-64162: The background disk firmware update function might fail to update firmware on disks

Issue

In rare cases, the automatic background disk firmware update (BDFU) might stop functioning
and fail to update the firmware on disks. Depending on the number of disks on the system and
the system configuration, it might take a few hours for BDFU to update firmware on all eligible
disks.
