Issue

  • ONTAP triggers an AutoSupport callhome message: DISK REDUNDANCY FAILED

  • EMS logs will show the messages like the below

Tue Nov 23 22:58:59 IST[node-02: dsa_sfu: sfu.downloadStarted:info]: Update of disk shelf firmware started on 2 shelves.
Tue Nov 23 22:59:02 IST[node-02: dsa_sfu: sfu.rebootRequest:info]: Issuing a request to reboot disk shelf 0x.shelf0 module A.
Tue Nov 23 22:59:02 IST[node-02: dsa_sfu: sfu.rebootRequest:info]: Issuing a request to reboot disk shelf 0x.shelf1 module A.
Tue Nov 23 23:32:37 IST[node-02: dsa_disc: shelf.config.tospha:info]: System has transitioned to single path HA attached storage
Tue Nov 23 23:32:37 IST[node-02: dsa_disc: callhome.dsk.redun.fault:error]: Call home for DISK REDUNDANCY FAILED
