A protection fault occurred on ONTAP, resulting unexpected reboot in the SK process dsa_worker0
Before the unexpected reboot:

  • Multiple SCSI and SAS adapter hardware errors were logged.
  • The affected shelf was reported as “unknown” with a soft shelf ID of 90.
