CONTAP-528234: Volume move stuck in the MonitorCutoverCommit phase

Issue

  • During a volume move, the move gets stuck around 97% in the MonitorCutoverCommit phase.
  • Due to being stuck in the cutover phase, access to the source volume is quiesced, causing an impact.  
  • In the MGWD.log, the move is stuck at the following stage, and it is repeated every 10 seconds:
