CONTAP-448554: Encrypted drives owned by DR site show "miss" in ONTAP CLI

Issue

Encrypted disks which are not owned by the currently logged in cluster show "miss" as encryption mode. 
The disks owned by the cluster in which you are logged in show up properly.
 

Example:

Disks 1.11.x are owned by cluster_A. 
cluster_A::*> storage encryption disk show
Disk     Mode Data Key ID
-------- ---- ----------------------------------------------------------------
1.11.0   data 00000000000000000200000000000100ABCDE942FD92D744E136E1ED7BFF3B8C
