Issue

  • The sfu.firmwareDownrev.shelf ONTAP event will be seen when ONTAP's Storage Health Monitor (SHM) detects a shelf's firmware version is lower than the version bundled in ONTAP.
  • When a shelf firmware down revision condition is detected, SHM will automatically update the shelf to the bundled firmware version, requiring no additional corrective action.
  • After the update, the sfu.firmwareDownrev.shelf event will no longer be reported.
