Answer

This diagnostic event is issued when fill reservation is enabled for an inode. This event does not signify any issue that may need attention.

The event is seen when a new volume is created.

Example-

EMS - 

Tue Jul 12 20:51:00  0530 [Node2: wafl_exempt13: wafl.inode.fill.enable:debug]: fill reservation enabled for inode 25797 (aggr aggr_name).
