Issue

  • path-to-exclude is configured to prevent VSCAN from scanning the folder foobar
cluster1::> vserver vscan on-access-policy paths-to-exclude show -vserver svm1
Vserver         Policy Name    Paths Excluded
--------        -------------  ---------------------
svm1            default_CIFS    \foobar
  • When File Explorer navigates to folder \\servername\c$\foobar, VSCAN scans the folder foobar
