Users with role snaplock fails to login via System Manager or SSH

Issue

  • Users with the snaplock role are unable to log in via the System Manager, encountering the following error:

  • When attempting to log in via SSH, the window closes immediately after entering the correct password.
  • The account is not locked.
  • New accounts created with the applications ssh, http, and ontapi and assigned the snaplock role also face the same issue.
  • Accounts with the vsadmin-snaplock role do not experience any login issues.
  • No errors are observed in the SSH debug output (ssh -vvv).
