Users with role snaplock fails to login via System Manager or SSH

Issue
- Users with the
snaplock
role are unable to log in via the System Manager, encountering the following error:
- When attempting to log in via SSH, the window closes immediately after entering the correct password.
- The account is not locked.
- New accounts created with the applications
ssh
,http
, andontapi
and assigned thesnaplock
role also face the same issue. - Accounts with the
vsadmin-snaplock
role do not experience any login issues. - No errors are observed in the SSH debug output (
ssh -vvv
).
