SPNotConfigured is reported after upgrading ONTAP

• BMC (baseboard management controller)

• After upgrading ONTAP from 9.9.1P11 to 9.13.1P9 and BMC auto-update from 11.8 to 11.10, the following errors SPNotConfigured are reported.
