Ports went down during NDU

Issue

During ONTAP upgrade, Ports e0c and e0d went down causing an outage. Ports did not come back up. In console logs, we can see LACP errors like below:
 
[Node-01: intr: net.ifgrp.lacp.link.inactive:error]: ifgrp a0a, port e0c has transitioned to an inactive state. The interface group is in a degraded state.
