Package cannot be deleted individually because it is part of the ONTAP ONE license

Issue

system license clean-up command fails when attempting to remove expired and/or unused packages of ONTAP ONE license bundle:

Cluster01::> system license clean-up -unused -expired
 
No licenses to clean up.
 
The following licenses are expired, but cannot be safely deleted:
 
Serial number: XXXXXXXXX
Owner: none
Package                   Reason
------------------------- -----------------------------------------------------
NFS                       Package NFS with serial number XXXXXXXXX cannot be deleted individually because it is part of the "ONTAP ONE" license.
CIFS                      Package CIFS with serial number XXXXXXXXX cannot be deleted individually because it is part of the "ONTAP ONE" license.
iSCSI                     Package iSCSI with serial number XXXXXXXXX cannot be deleted individually because it is part of the "ONTAP ONE" license.
FCP                       Package FCP with serial number XXXXXXXXX cannot be deleted individually because it is part of the "ONTAP ONE" license.
SnapRestore               Package SnapRestore with serial number XXXXXXXXX cannot be deleted individually because it is part of the "ONTAP ONE" license.
SnapMirror                Package SnapMirror with serial number XXXXXXXXX cannot be deleted individually because it is part of the "ONTAP ONE" license.
FlexClone                Package FlexClone with serial number XXXXXXXXX cannot be deleted individually because it is part of the "ONTAP ONE" license.
SnapVault                 Package SnapVault with serial number XXXXXXXXX cannot be deleted individually because it is part of the "ONTAP ONE" license.
SnapLock                  Package SnapLock with serial number XXXXXXXXX cannot be deleted individually because it is part of the "ONTAP ONE" license.
